"Follow your genius closely enough, and it will not fail to show you a fresh prospect every hour" Henri David Thoreau, Walden
1) What is Well-Being coaching?
Well-Being coaching is a holistic approach encompassing all aspects involved in our Well-Being: health, work, relationships, family, lifestyle, fitness, creativity. The CTI® coaching philosophy holds that people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole — completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. As a trained Co-Active Coach®, my approach is to ask powerful questions, listen and empower to elicit the skills and creativity a client already possesses, rather than instruct or advise. It is important to note that this process does not involve therapy, expertise, or consulting.
2) How can it help me?
Well Being Coaching can be very effective for people who feel stuck, or just need to develop new habits and adjust to a more healthy lifestyle. It can help you get to the next level in any area of life, open a new path, attain more peace and harmony within yourself.
3) How does it work?
Powerful questioning is used to uncovered blindspots and obstacles to your goals. Together we’ll create a process of self discovery of your own unique path to well-being by clearing away internal/external pressures. This clearing away allows you to connect with what is most important to your core desires and priorities. Through this connection, you are naturally motivated to actions that engage your potential and a more vibrant way of life.Wherever you find yourself on your life path, this process will take you to a whole new level of Well-Being.
4) What is the time commitment?
Some clients see progress in 3 sessions, but 5 sessions are recommended for people who are new to Well-Being coaching. If you want to tackle more than one goal, 10 sessions are preferable. We create your specific coaching format through a unique partnership and alliance that is ongoing.
